Please read these terms carefully before using pohon4. By creating an account or placing a wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all provisions set out below.
These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and pohon4 ("Company", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the pohon4 platform, available at https://pohon4.cam. If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using our services.
In this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context otherwise requires:
You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account and use the pohon4 platform. By completing registration, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. pohon4 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any Account where the age requirement is not satisfied. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your access to and use of the Platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. pohon4 makes no representation that use of the Platform is lawful in any jurisdiction outside its intended operational territory.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one active Account on pohon4. The creation of duplicate accounts — whether under the same or a different name, email address, or payment method — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of all associated balances.
The following individuals are not eligible to register or maintain an Account with pohon4:
To access the Games and services offered by pohon4, you must complete the online registration form by providing accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, telephone number, and preferred payment method details. You agree to maintain and promptly update this information to ensure it remains accurate at all times.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. pohon4 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials. You must notify pohon4 customer support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your Account.
All Accounts on pohon4 are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). Deposits and withdrawals are processed exclusively in IDR. No currency conversion services are provided by pohon4.
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting pohon4 customer support. pohon4 reserves the right to close or suspend any Account at its sole discretion, including — but not limited to — cases involving breach of this Agreement, suspected fraud, money laundering concerns, or failure to complete KYC verification.
pohon4 is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawal requests. You agree to submit the following documents upon request:
KYC document review is typically completed within 1–3 business days of submission. Withdrawal requests will be placed on hold until verification is successfully completed. pohon4 is not liable for any delays in withdrawal processing attributable to incomplete or inaccurate KYC documentation.
Where a player is unable or unwilling to provide satisfactory KYC documentation, pohon4 reserves the right to restrict Account functionality, decline withdrawal requests, or close the Account entirely. In cases of confirmed identity fraud, all associated balances may be forfeited.
pohon4 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following Indonesian payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited.
Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method (from Rp 20.000 for e-wallets to Rp 50.000 for bank transfers). Maximum single deposit amounts are determined by the relevant payment channel and may be subject to daily limits. pohon4 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time.
Withdrawal requests are processed during business hours (Monday to Friday, 09:00–21:00 WIB). Requests submitted outside these hours will be queued for the next processing window. Typical processing times are 1–24 hours after KYC verification is confirmed. pohon4 does not guarantee same-day withdrawals and shall not be held liable for delays caused by the receiving bank or e-wallet provider.
Withdrawals will only be approved to payment accounts held in the same name as the pohon4 Account. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn until all applicable Wagering Requirements have been fully satisfied. Real-money funds that have not been subject to at least one qualifying wager may also be subject to a minimum turnover requirement before withdrawal.
pohon4 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which pohon4 accepts no responsibility.
All bonuses and promotional offers made available by pohon4 are subject to this Agreement and to any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between general and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
Unless stated otherwise, Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement of thirty times (30x) the bonus amount before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games 10–20%, and table games 5–10%. Specific contribution rates are detailed in each promotion's terms.
Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements must be fulfilled within thirty (30) calendar days of the bonus being credited to the Account, unless stated otherwise. Upon expiry, any uncompleted Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them will be forfeited without notice.
pohon4 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus — and to close an Account — where there is evidence of bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk or arbitrage bets to artificially satisfy wagering requirements, or exploiting technical errors.
The pohon4 welcome bonus is available exclusively to new players making their first qualifying deposit. A maximum of one welcome bonus per person, household, IP address, and payment method applies. pohon4 reserves the right to modify or withdraw the welcome bonus offer at any time without prior notice.

Sports betting markets — including bandar bola (football betting) markets covering BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, and FIFA World Cup — are governed by the specific rules published for each sport and event type. Accepted bets that are later found to be based on incorrect odds (due to a manifest error) may be voided by pohon4 at its discretion. Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require all selections to be co rrect for the bet to win; a single void selection will reduce the accumulator by one leg.
For players who participate in togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) markets, results are drawn from official and independently verified number sources. Draw schedules, prize structures, and closing times for each togel market are published within the platform and may be updated periodically. pohon4 reserves the right to suspend or close any togel market at any time.
pohon4 is strictly a 21+ platform. We take our obligation to prevent underage gambling seriously and employ age-verification procedures at registration and upon withdrawal requests. Any Account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed and all balances forfeited.
pohon4 provides all players with self-management tools accessible from the Account settings panel, including deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), loss limits, session-time reminders, and reality-check notifications. These tools take effect immediately upon activation. Requests to increase a limit are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.

All content on the pohon4 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the proprietary intellectual property of pohon4 or its licensed third-party providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the pohon4 platform without prior written consent from pohon4. Unauthorised use of pohon4's intellectual property constitutes a breach of this Agreement and may give rise to legal liability.
pohon4 aims to provide uninterrupted access to the Platform but does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times or free from technical errors. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may result in temporary unavailability. pohon4 shall not be liable for any losses sustained during periods of Platform downtime.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pohon4's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
In no event shall pohon4 be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of opportunity, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if pohon4 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
The pohon4 platform relies on third-party service providers for payment processing, game content, and infrastructure. pohon4 is not liable for failures, errors, or interruptions caused by these third-party providers beyond what is directly within pohon4's reasonable control.
pohon4 is committed to protecting your personal data. The collection, storage, processing, and use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement and should be read alongside these Terms & Conditions. By registering an Account, you confirm that you have read and accepted the Privacy Policy.
All personal data submitted to pohon4 is processed securely using 256-bit SSL encryption. Data is retained for the period necessary to fulfil the purposes described in the Privacy Policy and in accordance with applicable data-retention obligations.
pohon4 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days prior to taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure.
This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of commercial law applicable to online gaming operators. pohon4 operates on an international basis and makes no representation regarding the legality of online gaming in any specific jurisdiction.
